Boss had a management system for small-medium sized businesses. It was a complicated system with many capabilities and information, including customer management, suppliers, inventory management, cash flow, etc. The old interface was cluttered and old-fashioned (like a desktop platform from the 1980s). We upgraded the system, making it more intuitive to use and giving it a contemporary, cleaner look.
We mapped the system, organized the user flow, and created convenient navigation for each module. We also organized the content and actions on each screen, so the user can easily find the information they need and take specific actions, as needed.
