Interests Discovery App

A social application for discovering interests and connecting with other users with similar interests. There were many challenges, including turning users into active users, making the platform viral, and making sure users kept coming back to the app for repeated use.

To create curiosity for users and keep them active, we provided a solution based on gamification. We created a UI component through which the user can reveal who else is interested in a specific topic. The app also surfaced additional interests to users related to their current interests, leading to an endless discovery of content and extending their time spent in the app. In addition, every time a user re-enters the app, there is new content for them to discover.
